DrTrustLink – Independent Service Agreement
Parties:
This Agreement is entered into between the client (“you”) and DrTrustLink Independent Health Research Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as “DrTrustLink.”
Scope of Service:
DrTrustLink provides independent, impartial research reports based on publicly available information. Depending on the selected package, this may include professional analysis of doctors, clinics, service environments, and digital credibility.
DrTrustLink does not provide any form of medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical advice. The service is strictly informational and non-clinical.
Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting a request.

You must not submit content or information that infringes upon the rights or reputation of third parties.

You acknowledge that the assessment is based solely on open sources and does not involve any internal clinical inspection.
Fees and Cancellation Policy:

Fees are determined according to the selected reporting package and must be paid in full before research begins.

Once the report is delivered, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted.

The report delivery time is three business days from the confirmation of payment.
Termination Clause:
DrTrustLink reserves the right to terminate the service if there is a breach of the terms by the client. No further obligations will apply beyond this point.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
